Governor’s Schedule
Governor Smith has built a schedule designed to complete club visits as rapidly as possible.  He feels that visiting and getting to know the clubs and their members is critical to his success as governor.  He wants to hear your concerns and at the same time wants to communicate to the clubs the goals of the District for the coming year.  He knows that individual clubs need to know what is happening beyond their clubs as much as the District leader needs to know how to help clubs meet their goals.  He will always plan to arrive about thirty minutes early for club visits and invites the president and members of his leadership team to meet with him to discuss matters important to the club.
Many clubs have confirmed their visits with the Governor, and he asks others to call or email confirmation or conflicts.  Otherwise, he will contact you to confirm visits.  His contact information is in the District directory.
