4 new clubs for sure will be started in 2009/2010 mainly around Austin area.  All clubs will be put in by February 15th.

Retention: IPDG Charles Handrick
Retention seminars will be planned for clubs with  high rates of Drops along with an effort to get good exit interview programs established in all the regions.

Leadership: Lion Alan Ford
Planned training for Guiding Lions will be established. Establish an Online training seminar for continuing education of Club Officers in the future.
